Job Description

Andhra Bhavan Abbey Street Limited T/A Andhra Bhavan at 38 Abbey Street Upper Dublin 1 is currently recruiting Sous Chef. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a chef and have a knowledge of South Indian cuisine and dishes. Comply with food safety & hygiene. Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and must be a team player. Monitor food costs and impact budget through effective daily operations. Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained. This is a permanent full-time role, with a salary range of €35,000 to €36,000 per annum. Hours per week, 39 hours.
